HAWK pads for 2005 models?

ANy idea on the part numbers for the 2005 model pads suppled by Hawk. I emailed Hawk and have not received any reply.

Ask for the same pad shape as the 04 M45 for the front, and 03-4 G35 non-brembo for the rears.

I just went through a set of Porterfield R4 pads. I'll be using ntech engineering pads next, and I'll try Carbotech XP10s next year.
