Powdercoating Sock 05 19's!

Ok, so i have been searching this site and reading up about powdercoating my rims. My G is black with blacked out taillights so I want to get the rims powdercoated but leave the lip the same. Will powdercoating actually make it look black or just grey? Also, if anyone is in the Seattle area, could you refer a place. Thanks in advance.
