I've got them on my car right now.

Excellent grip in the dry and wet. It's surprisingly a quiet tire too. On TireRack.com, many reviews said it was too loud, but it sounds just like my stocks.

Also, aesthetically it is the best looking tire IMO.

Haven't had them personally, but highly recommended by people I know at a couple local tire shops. Not that it really matters, but they look badass too...

I'd go with the Goodyear GS-D3's over these since they are about the same price. The GS-D3's are a max performance tire and are, imo, on par with the Michelin PS2's. I've used both tires on my PIAA rozzas. The Goodyears are what i'm currently running and i love them.

my KDW2 NT's (stock 18 size) roar between 30-40 mph, but are fine under or over that speed. They are fine at hwy speeds. Its on residential streets where they drive me crazy. They seriously rip thru deep water, love them in the wet. Sticky as hell on dry.

In stock size, I've noticed some squirm at the rear with very hard corning. Its not unsettling or dangerous, but something I've heard Z owners mention with KDW2 NTs. I dont think its traction but rather the sidewall giving alittle. I dont think anyone has considered it dangerous.

I would recommend them, but they arent the most civilized UHP tire. *Great* value tho. But I think I will try the GS-D3 next time.

my friend has the goodyears on a Z and he has not been happy with the grip. if you don't like the bfg's, you need to get the ps2's

Anyone have BFG KD tires? They should perform slightly better on dry roads than the KDW, I'd assume.

These are the ones I got last saturday at tire rack. I drove there (South Bend, IN) and got there at 9am was out the door at 10:30. Total installed and tax was like $770. I got the stock sizes 225/45/18 and 245/45/18.

So far I like them. Haven't pushed them too hard yet but they ride smooth and are not that loud. I will give an update once I get some miles on them.

I've been rollin' on KDW-2s for 20k miles. . .

I love 'em. They're quiet despite the reviews I read. Much cheaper (on tire rack) than the PS2s. Excellent grip in dry/wet conditions. In fact, the grip is progressive. Ie, you'll start to skid and feel it before you lose it all together. I've spun my car twice with the stock michellins, and in both cases it felt like the car was pushing out of the corner, then just let go. With the KDW2s, it felt as if the car was fighting to keep traction, and would start to skid a little, without a total loss of control. I just put on eibach sways too, and the combo is great. . .lots of fun cornering action! It looks like I still have about 10k left on these tires too. The PS2s also only lasted me 20k. . .and that was with mostly highway driving. I'm VERY happy with 'em. I'm running stock 245/225 sizes. The only down side is the stock PS2s are 3-4 pounds less than the stock sized KDW2s.

Lastly, lots of guys with FI have 'em. . .and those guys are "nutz" so if they like 'em, I'd definitely say to get 'em!

good luck in the decision. . .
