Need New Tire For Oem 18'. Help!!!

Ok, I need new tires. I used factory tire for 38,000 miles. I think I need to change since whenever I go over water or whenever rains hard, my car would fly through, spin on the water. I feel like I am going to swing or slide.
So, My Question is.
What brand is good in your experience?
I looked at the discount tire direct, and was considering Notto 555 or yokohama tire or pilot tire(factory).. Which one is the quite one? I am looking for smooth quite tires. if possible..
Any comment will be great
Thank you guys

I have replaced the rears with original Pilots (about $600 for the two) at 19,000 miles and now have 30,000 miles on my '03 coupe. The fronts have not quite worn out but I am guessing that all four will need to be replaced by 35,000. I have now been yearning for a quiet tire that can perform decently and have something of a reasonable tread life. Many people on this forum have mentioned Avon tires. I don't know about them personally, and tirerack has non-OEM tire sizes for the 18"rims. I think I will try them. They are also much less expensive than the Pilots. They have 245/40/18 for the front (that will fit) and 255/35/18 for the rear (don't know about the fit). Call them and check it out.
