19's with +20-30 offsets.

Hey guys, just wondering if you guys have any rubbing issues inside the fender wells, like against anything besides the springs and the actual fender. I like the lip look (nothing stupid crazy) but something about the width of a dollar bill (rear, and smaller in front obviously). What offset am i looking to get? Id like to have a 10 inch wide rim in the back and a 9 up front.

Sorry for the noob like question, im more accustomed to power than wheels lol.

Thanks guys!!

I think it really depends on the style and manufacturer of the wheel....as they can vary in the way they fit.

I just bought Volks in 19 x 9.5 + 30 front & 19 x 10.5 +24 rear.

Talk to a good wheel shop.

Good luck.

Sorry....they won't be on the car for a few weeks.

You need a pretty high offset in the front if you have the Brembo's.

BUt here is a pic of the rear lip.....

no i dont, but i may plan on buying a big brake kit in the future... but that shouldnt matter if you have brembos or not right? +20 in the front will still work even if you had brembos...

1. A +20 will only clear brembos if it is a high pad wheel. Volk has high pad, mid pad, and low pad, and all could be +20, but only their high pad wheel will fit with brembo!

2. If you want a real lip, you should look at the Racing Hart R7...5" in the back. A place called www.revhighonline.com has them over on My350z.com, and it shows him measuring the lip, and before the curve down, it reads 5". That is nasty.

3. The best part is that revhigh is selling these wheels for cost right now on his End of Summer Clearance...literally for cost, I bought a set of 20" GTC's for super cheap!! Give them a call.

4. The correct offset is not +30 and +24. The correct offset is whatever you can stuff under there without it rubbing, and I know for a fact, that what you can stuff under there is a lower offset than +30 and +24. The +30 he is talking about is a high pad wheel, while the +24 is a low pad wheel.

R7 is not a true 5" lip mang. the spokes end on the lip. just like the Volk GT-V's. offsets vary A LOT depending on the design of the wheel too.
