Rotors

Are the front rotors different if you order the 18" wheels vs the 17"? There's a bolt between two of the lugs and I can't seem to install my new rims!!!!

Any info would be appreciated!

That bolt can safely be removed. It's there to prevent someone from moving the stock rear wheels of the car to the front. It's there for safety reasons.
