Stock OEM 17, Eagle RS-A question

I just got my 17" OEM winter set in today. Does anyone know if these wheels are directional, or does it not matter what side I put the tires on?

Also, should I get an alignment after I put them on?
Thanks
-Mike

Well I got the whole set for $680. I plan on basically wh**ing on the tires and having some fun then replace them with Blizzaks or something.

I can just put them on, no need for speedo adjustment right?
