front aftermarket wheel won't go on

there is a bolt in teh way and i was wondering what it was and how do i get it taken out.

i have rh pro j8's

Like he said...that screw is only there to prevent us knuckleheads from putting the rear wheels on the front. Take it off and you'll be fine.
