I like the look of the new '06 Z wheel package - RAYS 5-spoke forged-alloy wheels, 18x9-inch front and 19x10-inch rear, with 245/40WR18 (front), 265/35WR19 (rear) tires.

Any thoughts on if they will work properly with the G coupe and/or sedan? I'm sure the VDC will have to stay off on the sedan but what about the coupe? How does the 265/35WR19 rear tire compare to the '05 coupe 19's and '04 coupe 18's?

I'm just wondering. I'm not sure I like the dimples on the spokes though.

 

265/35 is a very close match to 245/40 diameter-wise so you shouldn't have any problems with VDC. I haven't seen anyone sell those wheels yet so they'll probably be pretty hard to find used.
