I recently recieved my new Volk SFC's and went to put the first one on and it's not seating properly...Do they need to be muscled on since they are new or may they be defective? Has anyone else had this problem with their new wheels? Just for gp, I messed with it foe oever 30mins and it just won't sit flush...either the top half or the bottom half is off.
