Why 19" ?!?!?
Why 19" ?!?!?
Ok this may be the stupidest question ever, but I've been looking for new wheels for the past few weeks and I liked a lot of 18" so far. So I can't help but wonder why do people go for the 19"? They are way more expensive, both wheels and tires. And seriously half of the time I can't even tell the difference between 18 and 19. They are also heavier, and they tend to dent easier. Other than maybe looking a little better what else is there?
So please share your opinion on why should I get 19s for my G35 coupe, instead of 18s?
Thanks in advance

for one 19" look better because the fill in the fenders a little more! My theory is 20" plus a nice lip! the only thing is rotational mass increasses somewhat. You have to ask yourself what is your final vision of the car.....

18" wheels will dent just as easily as 19". Get some quality 19" wheels and you won't have any problems. 19" gives you a lot more options for making the car look hot. IMO, i don't think you can get a better looking 18" wheel than the stock 18's.
However, if you get 19's you will HAVE to lower the car or it won't look right. Extra cost to consider.

i can't lower the car, because then it will have to remain parked in my house due to the fact that my driveway is too inclined and i can barely get it out as it is now. So anything that involves me lowering the car is out of the question
