Question Rims for a RWD vs FWD

I have a set of rims from my Maxima and would like to put them on my G35, should I be concerned about putting a FWD rim on a RWD car or is that just a myth and I should have nothing to worry about.

Usually you want the same rim/tire size all around for a FF/AWD car. But RWD you want bigger in the rear. Back in the days, manufacturers just gave all cars the same sizes all around. But more recently, staggered rims/tires have been coming from the factory, as with the G35. It probably won't damage anything, but it may set the VDC off a little more.

It might but I noticed that the stock 17" are one size all around. I should mention I have the sedan.
