19x8.5 Front 19x9.5 Rear or 19x9.5 Front 19x10.5 Rear

Leaning more towards performance which would be preferable and why. I heard wide rims can cause lotsa road noise.

go 8.5 & 9.5 and use the common 245/275 size.

rims dont cause noise, it is tires & road that make noise

What would the optimum offset & tire size be?
stock ride height.

What made it look ridiculous? I just got 9.5 and 10.5 and I think it looks pretty good. From behind it is mean looking and I dont notice it being too much louder than stock.

newbeeish question but, from what i'm gathering from the posts, offsets seemed to be fixed i.e not adjustable? So I gotta get the right offsets when getting the rims?

Yes, that is correct. Offsets are NOT adjustable.

i have that same dilemma right now.. but i think im going 8.5/9.5 like what i had on my gt-c's w/ my 350..

the 9.5/10.5 seem too push out too aggressively, i want mine to tuck..

what's a good offset for 19x8.5/19x9.5? I want the lip, but i don't like the car that has the same front and rear lip. The ratio between the front and rear lip have to be very good.

I also think 9.5f, 10.5r are a little too aggressive.

LE's/CE's are great choices because of it's 1pc. forged process. very light, and strong. they also have small, but nice "asian" labia's. i'd stay with 9.5 / 10.5 instead of the 8.5 / 9.5 combo. if you run 8.5 front / 10.5 rr, you're gonna want to add a spacer in the front because the wheel is more in than the rears.

9.5 / 10.5 also for performance if the wheel is 1pc. forged.
