Is hyperblack a consistant color across different wheel brands? I see a number of wheels with that color, but some look silver and some look almost black. Does this color vary by manufacturer or is it a fairly standard color? For anyone who is familiar with it, how will it work on a Desert Platinum car?

 

I went with Volks Gunmetal on my DP and I felt that color worked the best with it.
