Stern ST-2 Touring Sport Wheels

Okay here is the deal I am considering!

I am not into the 19" & 20" wheels wrapped with big wide rubber bands around them like most folks. I like the 18" size for a little more cushion for those unforgiving potholes that can come from nowhere and ruin your day. I had the salesman at Need for Speed quote me the following wheel and tire package.

Need for Speed website:

http://www.need4speedmotors.com

Wheel Description:

Stern ST-2 Touring Sport (Chrome)
18x8.5, +20mm Front
18x9.5, +25mm Back

Tire Type and Size: NT 555 Extreme Performance.
235-40-18
265-35-18

Total includes: taxes, mounting, balance, wheel locks, lugs, insurance, shipping to my door $1,789. The quote is $100 less if I do not want chrome ($1,689). They said for a little more $ I still have room for wider tires; however, I feel this combination will give me the look I want.

I would like to ask you folks which wheel color would you recommend for the "G". I have the brilliant silver like the coupe in the below picture with the 20”. The salesman recommends the chrome for the “G” and Silver or Hyper Black for a 350Z due to the “G” being more of a luxury sport car.

I would go silver with a polished lip if your car is silver or DG. If it is any other color I would go with chrome.

I just bought those rims, I got the 20's in chrom...I went into the shop because they are local. Great service, Great price.....I have an IP coupe and went for the chrome. I kinda wish i went for the hyper black. But the Chrome looks good.....FYI they are heavy, but the car handles like it's on rails now...

PM me for any questions.

I feel the silver with the polished lip is going to look the best for my exterior color. The crome will be a little to much bling, bling for me and the hyper black may be a little too dark. Will post up some pics if the deal goes though. Thanks gang for all the suggestions.

Went with the hyper sliver with polished lip. Wheels and tires came in on 2/28. Got them on that night and they look great on the car (Wow! what a difference in appearance). Thanks for everybody’s suggestions, and I will be posting some pictures in a few days. The folks at need4speed were top notch to deal with and had the best pricing on the wheel and tire combo's. My local Discount Tire Co. was over $1000 higher for the same package.

Ended up getting the tire and wheel package for $1,650. What do you think?

Nice sticky rubber on the rear

3" lip view

245/45 vs 265/35

Removed the TPS's from my OEM wheels, these guys cost $118 each

I was told the TPS will fit the new wheels
