Will these rims fit?

19" Volk racing wheels SF-Winning 2 piece wheels 19x8.5 35offset front 19x9.5 42offset in rear

Will they fit an 03 coupe with the brembos?

They may, but the wheels will look like training wheels with those offsets. For custom wheels you'll need custom fitments.

those offsets are for sedans, not coupes.
