would coupe 18's fit the sedan?

i got a friend of mine wanting to sell me his coupe18's for 1200 and i wanted to know f they would fit my sedan?

I have them on my Sedan with the Michelin Pilot Sport 225/45 front 245/45 rear. I'm thinking now in lower the car.

Buy them NOW 1,200.00 is a great deal if the tires are good, the market price for those wheels is over 1,600.00
