I've always had a hard time deciding on higher quality, smaller rims and bigger mid-level rims. I have heard several shops that only carry high end rims say that Axis is not so great and they don't recommend getting one. But in average to extreme daily driving (for most of us), how many are really going to push the extreme tolerances of an aftermarket wheel? No matter what material or grade the wheels are constructed in, you hit a big enough pothole, your going to bend it. Trust me, i'm the master of rim busting in potholes (they are like the Sirens of the road to me... i just attract me no matter how much i try to avoid them).

If you absolutely don't love the Axis, get the emotions. But don't get the emotions just because they are made by Work.
