Car: 2003 G35 Sedan Stock Sport suspension, running on stock 17'' now

New Wheel size: 19x8.5 38+ 114.3 all around

New Tire: Will 235/35/19 be safe to put on? i did a tire wheel calculation and its about 3.2% in diameter different. Please help

You should be fine but I would run a 245 to fit the rim better.

I have H&R springs (1.2f, 1.0r) with 20x8.5's +20 and 245/35's with no problems.

Perfect set-up on the wheels in my opinion, but you should consider 245/40/19 for the tire size. That will be closer to stock tire height.

I think you should double check your offset; +20 would be sticking way out of the fender.

Wheels are fine. But I would run 245/40/19 for your tires.
