Re: .wheelsboutique

Let me tell you my story:
I ordered some wheels from them on August 21. They told me that they were going to have them drop-shipped and that they would arrive on August 29. I told them that the 29th was the latest I could receive them and they assured me that they would be there. I called them on August 25 and got the tracking number...no problem. The 29th arrives and the UPS truck shows up, unloads 2 packages and prepares to leave...I look at him confused and he says "That's it; you're missing two wheels aren't you?" After some run-around at wheelsboutique, I was finally told that the other two wheels were not in stock when I had placed the order and that they were just shipping out from a different location.

If they had told me that they didn't have all four wheels available from the beginning...ok.

If they had mentioned the fact that the tracking number they provided me was only for two wheels...ok.

But I was never informed of this. Maybe it's just me, but I feel as though they did what was required to make the sale at the sacrifice of customer satisfaction.

I hope you have better luck. As of today, I still only have two wheels.

Re: .wheelsboutique

I'm sure they have provided many people with "good" service; but my one bad encounter will prevent me from ever buying from or recommending them again. They could have at least told me what was going on.

My last 2 wheels showed up yesterday; better late than never I suppose. I purchased ADR M-Sport 18x9.5 rear and 18x 8.5 front.
