20'' wheels sedan

I am planning on putting 20x8.5 Privat netz on all four corners on my 2006 g35/6mt sedan. I know they are cheap, although I cannot justify spending $4,000 on wheels for a leased car. I have the sport susp. and I do not intend on lowering it. The tires will be 245 35 series and the offset is unkown at the moment. Will this look really bad on stock suspension and how bad will the steering, acceleration and driving feel be with 20'' wheels. My car has the stock 18'' now and comming from an m3, I have had my fun and looking for good looks without too much of a sacrifice in ride quality or 4x4 wheel gap issues.

Thanks for the input in advance

i think it will look pretty good on a stock set-up, but be prepared for people tellin you it needs a drop when you post up pics. The overall diameter will be increased by .43" with the 20's so that might help with the fender gap a little bit. you'll need anythin from a 33-43mm offset, but 38 is the ideal for the sedan.

Get 19s...20's are too big and will kill the performance...This is from some one who's been there and done that.

I agree with the 19's, although they are only offered in a 8'' width and the lip looks pretty weak. How bad are the 20's since you have been there before. Am i beTter off with the 19's even though the width is only 8"?

I used to have 20x8.5's on my sedan...

It just weighed down the car soo much, acceleration and braking.

The increased surface area Vs. the stock wheels definitely improved handling...but still, many times while turning or what not the car just felt like it was riding on too much "rim".

Post up a pics of the rims you have in mind....
