Will 285/30/19 work on the back
Re: Will 285/30/19 work on the back
Yes they fit but you will have incorrect readings on your Speedometer and the VDC will be off.
It's not worth it, try and go with either 275/35/19 or 285/35/19. Both of those will fit on a 19x10 rims fine
- Don't argue with idiots. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.=P-

285-30-19 will work fine. I have the Same size Dunlops on my Volk 19x9.5 I don't have any Problems with Speedo Or VDC. For Front Either 235-35-19 or 245-35-19 will work
PS. Lowrider Who makes a 240-35-19 ??!!

Re: Will 285/30/19 work on the back
I just placed an order from DT for BC Forged wheels and Falken tires. I'll be running 19x10s in the back w/285/35/19s and 19x8s up front w/245/35/19s.

To name a couple - Bridgestone SO3, Michelin Pilot Sports, Dunlop SP Sport 9000, Yokohama AVS Sport, and etc. 285/30/19 in the back is about 1" to small in OD. It kills the stager, leaving the stock front (and in your scenario, which does have the right size front) the same OD as your modified rears. Not the right thing to do.

I Knew that you Typed in the Wrong Number. I went 285 30 19 Because the Price was right, $ 226 & I was Waiting for a 19x10.5 wheel. I'll have to get new tires Every year any way......

OK, you made me squirm. When you retire (no pun intended) get the 275 or 285/35s. You'll find they will work better, and fill up the well better also.

When do you expect to put them on?
When you get them let me see I am anxious to see the BC wheels on a G coupe.
By the way which BC wheels are you lookin at.

Re: Will 285/30/19 work on the back
I'm almost positive that a 285/30 and a 275/35 on a 10" rim are nearly identical in O.D. - don't quote me on that, but that was my impression...(285 would look better though - wider tread)
Re: Will 285/30/19 work on the back
but when you look at those O.D.'s it clearly shows that the 275 is on a 9.5" rim and the 285 is on a 10" rim - stretching the 275 on the 10" rim causes the sidewall height to be decreased slightly...
