Yes, the 350Z, G35 coupe and G35 sedan all use the same sway bars, so the part numbers are all the same. Even if you see a web site that assign's different part numbers in their ordering system, they will all send out the same part with the same manufactuers part number.
BTW, if I'm not mistaken someone is selling one in the marketplace. Balance any asking price with the best price you can find on the net and strike a deal with the seller if you want.
