This plug is worn. Note the thin arm and pitting, it's done. The gap on this one was close to 0.060". NGK Laser Plats, OEM spec plug, installed at the factory in 2003.

#2 was the worst, it had over an inch backed up. The seal is noticeably deteriorated.
