1. these pics are for adding an LED light strip to your headlights. Here is a dismantled headlight. I even took out the plastic piece that has the ridges to reveal where the light strip will go. I didnt have a clearance strip handy so I used a piece of green tape that was the same width as the strip. The strip can be found on Ebay. search for the LED SMD 30cm light strip. make sure it is thin and flexible if your going to do what i did.

2. Here is a close up view of the clearance strip area. It is a piece of metal with a "valley" and a flat surface where the strip will be placed.

3. Notice where the green tape is. That is exactly where your light strip will fit. The LED strip that I bought was 30cm long and was just a lil bit too long. I made it fight by bending it at the top while keeping the bottom end of the strip flush with the bottom of the clearance area.

4. The width of the light strip is about the width of the area it will sit on (about half an inch/ 1 cm). some extra tips: before you place your light strip in your headlight, paint it silver or some darker color. The light strip I bought was white, (with super white lights), so I covered each LED with a super small piece of masking tape and painted it. Then i removed the masking tape, attached the wires to my battery to make sure they still worked and shined brightly... The light strip also has a 3m sticky back side which will also help make it stick to the clearance strip area.

5. after you get the strip position where it needs to go. Feed the wires through the hole where the previous clearance bulb attached to the headlight. completely cut off the clearance bulb and use those wires to power your new clearance strip!
