I adjusted it using this screw. I had use a small bit ratchet to get in there because there isnt much clearance behind it to fit a screwdriver.

Here is the hole and u can see the adjusting teeth in there. However, no matter how much I tried to adjust it using those teeth the screwdriver would just not turn freely. It takes quite a bit of turning to get the beam to move. So I got frustrated and used a dremel to cut off the plastic around it so I can adjust the beam using the screw on the back side.

As for adjusting the headlights up/down, there is a hole on the headlight assembly itself where u can stick a phillips screwdriver in and turn the teeth to move the beam up or down.
