Just remove as much fender lip as possible and then you have a completely flush inner wheel well surface. Besides, when they see the lip of your rim sitting flush on that rear quarter panel, and your tire stretched to hide just behind that wheel well, who would care if that panel was cut or rolled anyway? They'll just be stuck thinking how your rim won't dent up your quarter panel as you fly over bumps..!! .::V.I.P. it baybee::.

Compress stock spring. Use strong air impact. In my case I didn't have one so stick a crooked 17mm closed end wrench on strut bolt, vise-grip the square notch on the threaded part, and muscle the strut bolt loose.
