Klubbheads, did you get a chance to measure your coilovers?

I just installed these and had pre-adjusted the shocks to about 0.5-0.75 inch shorter than stock. I have maybe a finger and a half gap between my tire and fender (need to measure after stance). It sits nice. I may go a little lower, but not so low where I won't be able to get it back into alignment range.

Long enough to adjust some clicks at the top of Palomar after the warm-up cruise.

This is unfair.

Does that mean I get ASM coils for my s2k? I have calibration specs for my weight on streets of willow...

That depends on your preference. They need to match your suspension setup, and give you the feel YOU'RE looking for.

I have these coilovers as well and LOVE them... I'm pretty sure I've read that the miniumum drop is 0.5" at each wheel. That's a very mild drop IMO. I didn't go as low as Klubb because I have 285 KDWs (beefy sidewall) on +23 offset rear rims with fenders rolled, and I get rubbing on severe bumps. I dropped so I have about 0.5" of space all around (that's about a 1.0 - 1.2" drop all around).

I generally ride around town with mine set at 10 front and 12 rear and it has a very nice ride. Full soft soft I found to be a little too bouncy for me. When you crank these suckers up to 30 front and rear, they break your back! Coupled these with some sways and endlinks and I LOVE the neutral behavior of the car. Great coilovers.

Are the BR Type coilovers a good choice for a smooth ride or should i go with Form and Function type II?
