Morning guys,

I had an 04 coupe and unfortunately was involved in an accident in August and my car was a write off. I picked up a 06 coupe and was able to get a friend to swap the majority of my parts from my old coupe to my "new" one.

Well almost everything.. turns out the rear shocks on the 06 coupe I picked up are seized. He told me I'll need to get new lower strut mount bushings.

Came on here and did some searching but I'm not 100% sure if I found what I need. I came across these Nissan part numbers in another thread: 56219-AL500 for the bushing and apparently I might need to get a new bolt too, which had this part number 56280-AQ00A.

first question is, are those the right parts I need to replace my seized rear shocks? (I'm not sure how many bushings are on the rear shock and if that is indeed the LOWER shock mount bushing).

my second question is, I also came across this part number by MOOG: K160011. Is this the same bushing as the OEM one?

third question is: if those are not the right part numbers, can someone point me in the right direction as to what I need..and if OEM is not the best route is there an alternative (energy suspension/whiteline etc). I'm only looking to replace the lower rear shock mount bushings/bolts and nothing else for now.

EDIT: Never mind.. got my answer! Received a reply from the helpful guys on the ConceptzPerformance website.

The OEM part numbers are correct. 56219-AL500 for the bushing and 56280-AQ00A for the bolt.
