Anyone tried this G/Z combo: G revised + 370Z front

I have an '06 G35 sedan. I've been working out the suspension configuration in my mind and have started collecting some of the parts. I was just curious if anyone had any experience with this specific setup, or something close to it.

As far as what I'm trying to accomplish, I prefer good performance when it comes to suspension, however probably not in the way that most would seem to think of "performance". In short, I don't want coilovers, don't want my car slammed, etc. It's a daily driver, so it needs to have suspension travel. I don't want to be perpetually riding the bumpstops. Considering that, I really don't want to minimize suspension travel, so that probably means not lowering the car much more than 1-1.5". Yes, wheel gap doesn't look great, but I figure there's a happy medium where I can reduce it a little bit, while also still maintaining a good degree of suspension travel, and also having sufficient spring rates to offer good performance.

I'm also a big fan of monotube shocks, and not at all a fan of twin tube shocks, so Bilstein was the natural choice. I also prefer the predictability of linear springs, and they also make it significantly easier if having someone revalve shocks.

The standard G/Z combo sounds great, though the spring rates seem a bit light to me, and I'm not particularly fond of the heavy rear bias when using the revised springs. From my past experience with various cars, I feel like a car around this weight can do well with a ~400-450lb/in rear spring rate (of course heavily dependent on the shocks being used, valving, etc.), so the revised rear seems like a good choice. I looked around at all of the current standard spring options that most are using on G's, and the best solution I could find would have been Tein 350Z H-Tech front springs, as they are linear, 358lb/in, and seemed to offer the most minimal drop compared to competitors (likely ~1-1.4" on a G sedan). I do think those would be a decent option, though I feel like a bit more front spring rate, say around 380lb/in, would be a bit better balance with the revised rear springs.

That's where the 370Z front springs come in. Based on my research, the best info I could find suggested that non-sport 370Z's have a front spring rate of ~420lb/in, and I think the sports are closer to 500lb/in, but don't quote me on that. If I'm off and anyone has more verifiable info, please feel free to correct me. The best info I've been able to find suggests that 370Z springs will probably offer a similarly minimal drop as 350Z springs up front, but with far more spring rate than the 314lb/in revised 350Z/G front springs. Although it's ~420lb/in is a bit more than the ~380lb/in I think would be more ideal, I feel like it would make for an excellent compromise.

The setup:
  • Bilstein shocks
  • G coupe revised rear springs
  • 370Z non-sport front springs

I have everything except the 370Z front springs, but I think I'll buy a pair of those here shortly. I guess what I'm basically going for is, my idea of what a performance-optimized suspension should have been from the factory,
