Paint fade help

My g35 has some paint fading on the roof in spots and on the top of the doors and fenders.the crazy part is the clear coat looks perfect.ill try to get some pics tomorrow.is there anything that can be done.ive tried waxing with a buffer.the clear coat is as smooth as butter and looks perfect but when the sun hits it you can see the fade underneath.anyone know a solution thanks.ps the color is gold(forgot the actual name ,something sand I believe)

If buffing and polishing didn't solve the problem. The clear coat maybe worn out that makes the first stage coat of paint exposed to air/humidity thus making it look faded.

If you have some photos, I would be happy to help you assess the damage and provide a possible method for repairing it.
