?Best Oil 4 Supercharged 2006 G35?

I have narrowed it down to Amsoil Synthetic 5w30, Motul Synthetic 5w30, or Pennzoil Ultra Synthetic 5w30... I have read amazing things about all 3 but am still kinda feeling up in the air about all 3... I'm not to sure which will give me the most performance and longevity under stress... I cant seem to find a legit UA chart, let alone one taken from a supercharged G... Also curious about Redlines manual transmission fluid or Nissan transmission fluid... In my RB20 S13, Redline tranny fluid seemed to eliminate a lot of grinding as the tranny aged...

Any input would be greatly appreciated..

Castrol Syntec 0W-30 since it was newand Amsoil for all other fluids since day one. I bought the car brand new neck in 07'. I'm sure if the car was bought used with high mileage(as is the norm around here nowdays), it might not make a difference. Have fun with your G.

more information on oil in a VQ35 than youll ever need

1. Amsoil but only the German blend
2. Pensoil Platinum
3. Mobile 1 but only a certain weight. I believe the 0-40

read this and find out the specifics
you are Vortech SC or Stillen SC? either way, protecting the engine is better than protecting the SC. SCs can be rebuilt for $400, engines, not so much

AMSOIL 5W/30 engine (WIX filters) and their MT and Differentical fluids too, run cooler and shift smoother. Pennszoil....I wouldn't put that crud in my Honda! (lawnmower)

See post #31 on the link above.
Obviously you don't understand our engine nor its metal make up.

I'm not talking about personal preference. Years of research in the thread above, that I was a part of since 2006.

Take the time to understand the VQ engine make up and read the 50,000 post in the link provided above... I wouldn't drive a Honda, unless it was an NSX. Highschool was 20 years ago. Honda engine internal parts have absolutely nothing to do with the VQ.

Everyone nut hugs Royal Purple and it's proven to suck in our cars for longevity... As in 3k miles intervals.

Look before you leap man.

I'm not being a *****, but you are posting on non factual feelings, not 6 yyears of VQ research that I'm sharing with the community from the Z forums.

Even different weights of AMSOIL suck big time in our cars.... Its all about the metal make up of the engine. I've run Pensoil Platinum full synthetic for 8 years, 6.boosted. My burn samples were on point. I did finally build my engine and guess what, thepenz platinum shows more where at 4k miles than before. So now I change it at 3k. Since 4k showed respectable wear before, plus I have an oil pan spacer (aluminum, another factor to consider in your burn sample, along with the SC) running 6 quarts, I was changing the stock block sc every 4k miles, unless I hit the track.

my two cents.
