Is element wheels legit? Ive been thinking of shopping on their website.

Not a single forged wheel listed under Infiniti
All are cheap cast models with a ridiculous name trying to sound like high end wheels

But i have actually seen good brands there like Rohana, Vossen and Tsw. I was leaning towards getting Vossen Cv3's. Do you know any other wheel pages?

None of those you listed are "good brands".
Stock OEM 19" rays are made from a truly "good brand".
those you just named are a downgrade from stock wheels- let that sink in lol
