Holy crap! Very nice! But why a heavy iron block??? Wouldn't an aluminum block LS motor have been a much better choice?

Nonetheless, it's going to be sick. Bring it to ZdayZ so a bunch of us can droll over it in person

Ah gotcha. Yeah, I aaaaalmost hedged my question with: "...unless you're boosting the crap out of it"

So glad to see the interest from everyone if you have any questions about the motor, sikky kit, and or anything else ill be glad to answer any question. I deff dont suggest the hinson supercars kit. I tried to get a price from him and he is even local here in birmingham AL but never got back to me after 2 weeks of calling him. I guess they were to busy wrecking their 1400hp z06 at the texas mile :P. Sikky and Assaultech.com were great people to deal with on getting shipping super fast and answering any questions that i had. The only reason i went with the datamaxx cluster is but the time you spend the money to have the electronics hinson offers you still dont have a tach and you will spend almost what you can get a stack cluster for but computech racing pulled through with a whole system that datalogs EVERYTHING!!! that way i dont have to use the nissan ecu for anything and can just pull it out or leave it in doesnt matter.

So are you replacing the entire cluster or integrating it and adding a data logger?

Bonus: I didn't know there was a swap kit. My motivation to keep my g35 after college is massive now. Couldn't imagine anything better than a 450HP LS2 First gen sedan as a daily driver. No cosmetic mods. Superdupershooper sleeper.

Good luck with the swap, can't wait to see the results!

^If you want that as a sleeper, you better have one heck of a muffler!
