Lowering suspension question

Alright Im seeking some personal experience rather than just the specs on the lowering springs/ coilovers.

I have a 07 G35 sedan, I'm currently on tein s tech springs that are almost two years old, probably 30k miles on them. I like the ride height of my car but not how soft it is. I have replaced the struts and shocks, still not exactly happy.

I contemplated doing coilovers, but not sure of ride quality.

Does anyone have any suggestions or personal experience on what to put on my car, to do well with semi aggressive driving and not abuse me while I daily drive it.

any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I don't know anything about the s techs. Are they linear or progressive? What's the spring rate?

If you don't have aftermarket sway bars I'd get them first, then reevaluate.

That shouldn't be necessary. Springs do MUCH more to change ride quality.

I looked up the s techs and they're a liniar rear and progressive front. Pretty soft spring rates tho. An Eibach pro kit may be what you're looking for; higher spring rate but still progressive I believe. If you REALLY wanna get weird tho, choose something linear with a high spring rate. You'll have to do a little research tho. There is a spring rate thread on here somewhere. Probably a sticky. Lists the drop, rate and type of spring for a lot of popular spring sets.

I finally had a little bit of free time, the springs are progressive springs.
I cheaped out and put some basic shocks/struts from advance. I'm unsure of the valving and was wondering if anyone knew what shocks/struts are best to run with a lowered G.

Planning on sway bar upgrades very soon as well, but want to get good struts/shocks before I do that

Replace those common shocks with Tokico D Specs, they're totally adjustable so you can achieve the ride you want. Buying new springs is a waste of your $$! They're available from our Marketplace under vendor suspension...Gary
