where did you locate your oil temperature sender unit ?

where did you locate your oil temperature sender unit ?
other than drilling and tapping the oil pan
and using an oil cooler adapter

what are my other options ?

I installed a sending unit that goes between the engine block and the oil filter which gives me not only oil temp but pressure too...Gary

+1, install a sandwich plate between the pan and your oil filter. You can get one with pre-tapped NPT ports, making it very easy to install a temp sensor.
