Kearny Mesa Infiniti Service Review.....

overall I would say they did a great job and did provide excellent customer service. Im a stickler on customer service since im in the customer service business(enterprise rent-a-car).

what went down?

my drivers side window motor was going crapping out on me. so it was time to bring it into the dealer and have them fix it since im still under warranty. I talked to them on the phone, everything was easy to set up and well understood. took it in a little early and they powered me through the paper work, filled everything out real quick, understood the problem with no questions. i went to lunch and came back. under and hour had gone by and my car was finished. they switched out the window motors real fast. also, i told them not to wash my car because i dont want to scratch my te37 TA's. everything went as planned.

i would highly reccomend Kearny Mesa Infiniti for service.

on a side note, im at 59k..... warranty ends at 60k..... extended warranty time?.... i dont want to have problems further down the road with any other electronics or anything. should i pay for the extended warranty? its something like 1600 for 24months/24k miles (from the mileage/date i buy it at).

just thought i'd let everybody know of my experience because i was searching for past history of KM infiniti here earlier.

customer service is good but they still pushin stealership pricing, so good lookin on the warranty.
best thing about KM is priscilla @ service desk.

i'm surprised they didn't try to blame the window motor breaking on your h-techs.

They did all my warranty work with a bit of resistance. I got my drivers side window motor replaced too, the radio(CD Error FO...), and the headlights (cracks inside the housing). Plus I got the fuel line recall done (03 G35, applies to some 04s too).

Not sure about the extended warranty, but that's just me and I do almost all the work on my car now.

sorry kearny mesa sucks TEH *****...i told them i was a person on a big G35 forum and said yea do you guys deal with aftermarket parts or Gs that have been modified and he says no we really wanna work with the unmodded elder generation etc... they wanna do that so they can get every penny out of people...

lol. They did good service on my car and they fixed things no questions asked. This was when my car was supercharged as well.

Try to get Jeff as the service advisor.

KMI, pretty much the worst ever!!! tried to get me to buy(eventhough the cats are covered 8yrs or 80k miles) new a new cat, got a second opinion... just a bad code NOT a cat issue. told me i needed all new brake fluid... it was new, just DOT4. told me since the little spring fell off connected to my parkin' brake pedal i needed a whole new pedal assembly, i didn't i looked under there myself and reconected it in less that a min. the list goes on people... befor that they just overchaged the crap out of me for anything. thay'd say they could do something for me and 3days later they'd appologize and still charge me... eFF you KMI, eFF you until you die!!!
