Kearny Mesa Infiniti Service Review.....
i have to agree with most on this thread: km infiniti is bad. i purchased my g35 from esco and services was good at first. then it got bad so i went to km infiniti. like esco they were good at first, but then it went bad and downhill soon after. the guys who check you in for service can be rude and seem to think they know it all, big egos and it's you in their world when you sit for check-in. overall, just bad experiences...
Screw them.
They said they wouldn't cover my OC issue because I didn't have all of the service records from DAY 1.
I bought my G used and was told I need to obtain all of those records before I can initiate an OC test which I don't have cause I'm the second owner. They also told me all service records have to be from an ''approved service center". In other words, if you do your own maintenance, your screwed and warranty will be voided.
FAWK em.
I said F-it and drove all they way to Riverside Infiniti who initiated my OC test without question. Then they severely overfilled my oil by 1/2 a quart. It's way past the "H" mark. I'll have to burn more than a quart in 1000 miles to get approved for an OC test.
Sigh...
