bump! a few offers but some wheels have been really chewed up

 

got a set in pretty good condition. 3 wheels are pretty great, one has very light curb rash. , PM me if interested. I am in Long Island, ny. Willing to meet up in NYC for asking price, or off jersey turnpike (edision service area/rest stop) for $30 extra (bridges and extra gas). Price is $800 cash. Firm on price because they are in pretty good condition (atleast 8 out of 10). They have michelin ps2 in the front, and potenzas re50s in the rears. Can't measure tread right now because the wheels are at the shop where I take my car but they should have one good year left of aggressive driving. I've had them on approximately 7,000 miles. I am planning to post them in the classifieds section next week once I went to pick up my car and after I washed the wheels and measured tread.

 

have a set just painted gunmetal , with good tread on tires, $800 picked up.

javier did, i was lazy, he sanded to primer and also clearcoated them, pretty nice job. havent even thought of selling them. saw this thread and posted up, hmm mabye ill throw these on the g if i still have them.

 

What he use spray paint??

 

wheel paint and wheel paint clear coat. he did his last year and they have held up fine.

oem rims are painted also fyi and its all in the primer and prep, thats why he sanded down to oem primer.

 

Nice i was thinking of doing my oem 18's..

 

its alot of work, especially the sanding, we will do yours for $175...checkers wanted $450 to powdercoat, actually i bought a powdercoating machine and oven, and some expensive gloss black powder, gonna start getting into that soon.
