Well there is a price difference somewhat. the only thing is the 285/35/19 is purchased more often so they are easier to sell. The 305/30/19 not too many people buy them so i guess thats why price might be lower?? cause i did check ebay and i seen some sell very cheap like 270$ for 2 with like 60-70% tread which is pretty good. You wouldnt happen to drive a porsche cayenne would you?
The difference between myself and others coming in to your sale thread and saying they found a better price is that my intention is to educate you so you're not misleading people.
You say there is 80% tread life which clearly isn't the case. Part of my profession is tires, I've been in the business for 8 years and can tell you what brand and model a tire is while it's rolling so I'm not pulling the info out of my a$$.
The wear bar is at 2/32nds, the tread on your tires is approx twice that so 4/32nds. I'll be nice and say 5/32nds. The wear bar indicates the tire needs to be replaced, PS2's start at 10/32nds so your useable tread is 8/32nds. If you have 3 out of 8/32nds left (5/32nds) then you're at ~40%.
Once again, I'm not bashing you, just educating, don't take it so personally. The best way to sell something is with an accurate description.
