285/35/19

Hey guys i have a pair of 285/35/19 michelin PS2 tires with about 80% tread we all know these tires are very expensive 500 a piece at discounttiredirect or tirerack. Sometimes i just feel they are just too expensive! but anyhow here is the deal 1 tire needs a patch has a screw on it that can easily be patched for free at Americas tires. or like 5 bucks elsewhere. Im looking for 500 picked up. will do shipping but at buyers expense. Please Pm me for any questions.

It is measured from the 2 corners of both sides the center is slightly less as usual with all tires. unless you are really low and cambered.

I don't want the tires. They are at 30-40% (4-5/32nds) with camber wear. Was just curious as to how you measured 80%.

Another one...dont you have better things to do??? your face is 30-40% and you also have camber wear on your face. lol sorry it sounded so funny i just had to say it. why is there so many jerks/lowballers in a g35 forum? if your not interested dont come on the for sale threads... so easy and avoids conflicts..

The difference between myself and others coming in to your sale thread and saying they found a better price is that my intention is to educate you so you're not misleading people.

You say there is 80% tread life which clearly isn't the case. Part of my profession is tires, I've been in the business for 8 years and can tell you what brand and model a tire is while it's rolling so I'm not pulling the info out of my a$$.

The wear bar is at 2/32nds, the tread on your tires is approx twice that so 4/32nds. I'll be nice and say 5/32nds. The wear bar indicates the tire needs to be replaced, PS2's start at 10/32nds so your useable tread is 8/32nds. If you have 3 out of 8/32nds left (5/32nds) then you're at ~40%.

Once again, I'm not bashing you, just educating, don't take it so personally. The best way to sell something is with an accurate description.
