Anyone know if these will be a great fit for 2007 g35 sport sedan without messing up the VDC?

Offsets are actually perfect for a sedan. They should fit fine!

lip in the front is about 2.25 and in the rear 3.25

sorry no pricing without tires. it'll cost at least $20/tire for a shop to unmount the tires. and the tires itself arent worth much alone.
