The boxes I have are 24x24x15 - I got a quote from UPS and it was over $200. Maybe you were shipping with smaller boxes? These are OZ Racing shipping boxes so they have the wheel-shaped styrofoam inserts, etc. I can try modifying the boxes to make them a little smaller.
