^ I'm thinking the picture doesn't do it justice... It just looks cheap to me, and the dusty brakes with the rusted bolts dont help. I'm sure it's super sick in person...

the rusted bolts have nothing to do w/ the wheels themselves.
i will tire shine and misc to really bring out the shine of these wheels...

OR maybe i should say lack there off considering it is a matte finish
