i got a front barrel 19x9.5 you can always get the lip re done to be a 10.5

offset is determined by the face of the wheel not the barrel.

 

Do you know who could relip

 

there is a weld that holds the lip and barrel together they have to take them apart add the new lip you have the option of just sealing which is cheaper or re welded which i recommend.

Wheelflip has done for me you might want to check with someone local
