^ +1. The powdercoat looks good, but it looks like its been done a couple of times (see the gold color underneath the black). Noob question, but can powdercoat be safely removed? Out of curiosity...

It was powdercoated and then painted. No easy way to remove powdercoat, easiest way to get a good finish over it is to scuff it and then proceed with a new finish (powder or paint) over it. Current finish is paint, prior was the bronze powder. Opted for paint over powder this time because it's much easier to fix if they're ever curbed or get rock chips or just need to be touched up. The lips are the OEM KH3 OB finish so very easy to paint match.
