Nice thread. I am about to buy a G and this helped a lot. It would be great if someone can do the interior year differences.

Yes, yes, yes...........very nice thread, good work EVERYONE!

I mean, I love my 2006 refresh model - new sport pack (front bumper-side sills), taillights & spoiler, etc.....the whole 9 - and when on the road I'm always checking out other Gs for 03-05 distinctions.

Still, I've thought of mixing it up - the old mini ironing board spoiler intrigues me, for instance - but I've not done anything.

Not yet, but maybe now.

One of the best things about this car, as someone else has alluded to, it really needs nada.

Like a pretty gal that never wears makeup, we are still smokin hot in bone-stock configurations.

We can get whatever if we want for uniqueness, but make no mistake about it.

Don't need no stinkin spoiler, splash guards, sport bumper (add-on piece or newly molded 06-07 versions)................NOTHING!!

Thank - you - Carlos - Ghosn. For whipping 'em into shape.

I swear, for the most part, the Nissans & Infinitis of the 1990s were freakin atrocious!!

I damn near bought Mustang. Go ahead. Shoot me.

Or can I just eat a plate of broken glass and we call it even?

Pass the hot sauce.

I just bought an '06 and looked at all years. The interior is different on 03/04 and then 05+ (weird since 06 got exterior changes). The main things I spotted are:

05+ has different climate control & Nav buttons, and no tape deck in the radio.
The clock on 05+ is in the center cluster, it's just below it on 03/04
The 05+ also has an aluminum trim piece that goes all the way across the middle of the dash.

03/04 have 12V power plugs and a pocket on the passenger side of the center console stack, plower plug is in the ash tray on 05+ and no extra pocket.

In 06 bluetooth became available with the premium package, so the steering wheel has different buttons. Really that was the only difference I could tell from 05 to 06.

Poached some pictures from car ads:

04 Console, notice clock, climate control and side pocket:

05 Close up of climate control and radio:

Might be other differences, but these were the most obvious to me.
