Just a couple off...I'm on my 5th set lol. Tein Basic, F&F, Ohlins, HKS Hypermax III non-sport, Stance. I shoulda bought bags in the first place after the F&F, but in the end it wouldn't have worked with my setup without heavy modification since the rear bags go in the spring bucket and I replaced my spring bucket with Battle Version's toe arms.

I went with the Ohlins to be ballin. Then the HKS so I could be a baller on a budget, and the Stance since I was on a budget. Worked out in the end since they were true coilovers. Wish I coulda got my hands on the Zeal's Zack bought. He got em for a crazy deal IIRC.

I've thought about bags but I don't think i'll be going that route. Yeah I can get more clearance but at ride height it will poke out more than I would like.

What I will do down the line probably is the Platinum VIP Phantom cup kit. Ride dumped, and raise only when needed. That way I can keep the stiffness I want and not have to worry about any adjusting. It'll be the closest to bags that I go.

I know will say the cost of bags is about the same and I probably can get UAS for cheaper, but I don't think it will be stiff how I need it (no homo).

Been a while since I've updated. As most of you know I've had to sell the Varianzas. I recently had picked up some 19" BMW Style 95 wheels (7 series rims). 19x9 and 10 +24. After adapters offsets were 19x9 -16 and 19x10 -7. Shortly after I had to sell again.

My car seems to be in a slump right now. With my job cutting my hours and the difficult of not being able to find something else, lots of bills I've done what I had to do to make life less stressful. In the end this is a car, it's a hobby, gets me from point A to point B. I got about 1k of work to fix on the car before I can even touch it. When I get back into the scene, the car will be getting a full repaint with radiused fenders, who knows, maybe widebody. I'll probably run air suspension as well and finally get some new wheels, of course something different. Will be going with a different look but will still look VIP'ish. I'll end up doing a full custom bottom kit like I had planned, something totally different and unique.

That said, let's move onto the some pictures.

Here's a few pictures of when I had the T1S':

And here's a feature will from Night-Import did on my car:
http://www.night-import.com/2010/12/...neing-vip.html

Everything wasn't dialed in yet. I lowered the rear more, but still had to lower it more to match the fronts, was almost there, maybe 3/4" difference.

I also decided to test fit the rears (20x11 -12) up front, here's a few pics of that:

And for those that haven't seen the video I made with a makeshift (ghetto) rig, check it out (and help me earn money on youtube by watching lol). Flapping sound is the fender liner against the wind since I forgot to zip tie it after taking the bumper off to mount the camera.

I test fitted my buddy's wheels from his Y33 on the car, would love to have had these.

Wheel specs are 18x10 -6 and 18x12 -7.

Photoshopped, but this is how I'd wanna lower it.

While we were at it, we test fit my wheels on his Y33. Way too big. 19's in step would look perfect.

Here are the Style 95's with a custom sparkle silver powedercoat:
I was going to dial in more positive camber for the front and rear. I cut my passenger rear inner fender and hammered it out a bit, but never got around to working on it more. Was trying to get as much clearance so I can get as close to -5 or -6 camber in the rear. The fronts I was hoping to be at about -4.

I ended up being so low that my OEM front bumper would always bend so I took it off. Here's a few pics of how low I was, a lug nut wouldn't clear my sway bar. I ended up messing up my rack and pinion and demolished my wires for the driver O2 sensor.

No way in hell was I going to put on my custom Kenstyle. My driveway isn't too steep, but I couldn't even get anywhere near up it.

Here's the car is it sits today. Will be painting the wheels gloss black and lowering the rear just a tad more.

Yeah I definitely need spacers, but I probably won't be investing into some till way later. 200 bucks can be used towards fixing my rack and pinion. Need to do that, replace a lower control arm on the driver side up front since the bushing is messed up, get a harness from the O2 sensor to the ECU and do a 90k service. Also had problems with the car not starting up a short while ago and the stealership took 400 bucks from me just to inspect. They didn't charge me for labor but had I taken a closer look I may have been able to fix the problem myself. One of the the wires by the dead pedal going to the BCM was cut in half. I probably accidentally yanked on it with my foot. My mechanic could read the codes but couldn't figure out exactly what it was.

Fender to ground measurement is 25 1/4" in the front and 26 3/4" in the rear. My rear fenders are flared upward to that measurement is skewed. Fronts are a little skewed but not by much since they were pulled naturally after pinching the fenders flat.

Will have some updates soon, but nothing like before. Car is gonna stay pretty stock other than being pretty low and painted black OEM wheels since I plan on getting a couple new toys within the next couple of years. E46 (not an M3 unless I can find it for 12k or less) and a 3rd gen Range Rover. E46 I'm looking at next year, Range the following, then a house the year after.

Anyway, my fenders are really jacked up from all the pulling and hammering, and one side even more so from my own hammering after I cut the inner fender wall to get more clearance back when I had the Style 95's setup.

I'm going to attempt my own body work by getting as much of the dents and ripples out, using body filler, and buying auto paint in an aerosol can and trying to blend it in. At least it will look a bit better than it does now.

I'll also be using automotive panel adhesive rather than welding to cover up the hole I have that I cut up. It'll also reduce a bunch of road noise I've accumulated because of the opening.

Anyone have suggestions of where to look to buy automotive paint in a can? I've found these two sites, not sure how good the first one is, but still looking to see if I can find others.
