I have a problem with my order and I have been trying to contact you guys for a few weeks with multiple emails and pm, and I still don't hear anything back

I ordered the stage III package for my 2008 G35 sedan through your web site. The package came in with a missing LED, and all the interior LED doesn't fit.

Should i expect to hear back from you guys about these? Or is it I am on my own once the package is out your door?

Read that you would change the 1 bulb for the trunk to 2, not what my order shows. Let me know, Ill place the order as soon as I know if Im going to have one white and one stock for the trunk.
