For the same reason your stock bulbs aren't covered by warranty- bulbs are usable items so we can't offer any kind of lifetime warranty. We have a very good warranty that we actually honor and back (no sending things to the manufacturer). The eBay sellers can claim whatever they want, but if you try to get a replacement 11 months later, good luck! We have a great 1 year warranty, across the board, on every single thing we sell. It's simply our company policy. Thanks!

That is a D4S size, we currently do not have that in stock, but will update as soon as we do. We do have the replacement LED for your Map light (size 194) if you'd like to do that while your waiting
